Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant at BENGAL TEA & FABRICS LTD, located in Kolkata. The Senior Accountant will oversee day-to-day financial activities, like online sales posting, sales receipt adjustments, managing month-end and year-end closings, generation monthly and quarterly MIS and ensuring GST return filing. The role involves managing accounts receivable, budgeting, manufacturing and stock record keeping in various locations and collaboration with internal teams, auditors, and stakeholders is an essential aspect of this position.
Qualifications
Expertise in sales accounting, receivable adjustments, Budgeting, and GST filing
Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger Accounting
Proficient in Accounting Software and ERP systems, along with strong Excel skills
Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
Proven experience in team supervision and collaboration
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 4-5 years experience preferably in Online sales.
