Senior Accountant

Position: SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing core accounting functions, preferably in the travel and tourism sector. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in XLWeb Pro software, have a proven track record of team leadership, and possess strong skills in compliance, taxation, and finalization of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of 5+ accounts staff. Handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate data entry. Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, and other statutory taxes. Finalize accounts and prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports. Coordinate with auditors, CAs, and statutory bodies during audit processes. Oversee vendor payments, billing, bank reconciliation, and expense tracking. Utilize xLWebPro efficiently for all accounting and reporting tasks.

Maintain internal controls and improve financial processes. Support management with accurate MIS reports and financial analysis.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role. Industry preference:
Travel, tourism, hospitality, or related sectors. Proficiency in XLWeb Pro, Tally, and MS Office (especially Excel). Hands-on knowledge of GST/TDS filing, compliance, and final accounts preparation. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a small accounts team. Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
