Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Consultant Physiotherapist role located in Kolhapur. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients requiring physiotherapy interventions. The candidate will develop and implement personalized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and provide education on preventative care and rehabilitation. Coordination with other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care plans and accurate documentation of cases is also expected to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Knowledge of physiotherapy modalities, exercise therapy, and manual therapy techniques
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and healthcare teams
Experience in managing rehabilitation processes and providing patient education
Up-to-date knowledge of advancements in physiotherapy practices and techniques
Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (MPT)
State licensure or certification to practice as a physiotherapist is mandatory
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
