This is a full-time, on-site Residential Driver role based in Kokomo, IN. The Residential Driver will operate collection trucks safely and efficiently to provide residential waste pickup services along assigned routes. Responsibilities include ensuring timely waste collection, maintaining vehicles, and adhering to all safety and regulatory standards. As a key representative of Hoosier Waste, the driver will also provide professional and courteous interactions with customers.

• Experience with truck driving and operating large vehicles, including the ability to handle trucks safely
• Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting professionally with customers and coworkers
• Commitment to safety, time management, and ensuring adherence to company standards
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to waste collection
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and safety protocols
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• CDL preferred but willing to train the right candidate with supplement experience.
