Job Description:

The primary purpose of the Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is to provide direct and individual nursing care to residents. The Nurse works as a part of the nursing team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care and implement interventions.

* Provides direct resident care and treatments, including, but not limited to:

* Prepares administers and records medications in accordance with community policy.

* Monitors and records resident vital signs, such as temperatures and blood pressure

* Performs standard nursing duties
