• Job Location: Washington Street Residence – 54 units Senior Community located in Kokomo, IN
• Position Type: Part-time up to 24 hours/week and the ability to be on call to support our residents for emergencies
• Pay Range: $20+/HOUR – Pay depends on experience level – we believe in a culture of transparency

• Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents
• Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24 to 48‑hour expectation)
• Have broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Assist with court‑ordered “set‑outs” when necessary
• Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3‑5 days)
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Be responsive to on‑call emergencies

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• HVAC training and certification preferred
• Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and O/T hours)
• Ability to be “on‑call” for emergencies
• Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders using smartphone applications
