Level 1 Support of the Kokomo, IN locations.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

- 1-3 years of helpdesk experience

- Service Now or equivalent ticketing system experience

- Troubleshooting h/w, s/w, applications

- Windows environment

- Soft skills!!!! Pleasant! Great customer service skills

This is a Contract position based out of Kokomo, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
