• Total Compensation: $36.00 – $54.00 per hour, tiered by experience and competency.

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current licensed Occupational Therapist, registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association, and licensed in the applicable state.
• Proficient in comprehensive occupational therapy assessments.
• Ability to provide individualized therapy sessions with a personal touch.
• Experience guiding and training staff and parents on occupational therapy matters.
• Contribution to the development of Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs).
• Effective collaboration with diverse teams to ensure consistent interventions.
• Mentorship and supervision of occupational therapy students.

  Observation of client sessions and mentorship under experienced Occupational Therapists.
• Feedback & Evaluation:
  Initial feedback sessions with supervisors on integration and performance.
• Resource Familiarization:
  Access to materials, research, and in-house tools.
• Center Culture:

• Client Interaction:
  Handling caseloads, assessments, family guidance, and intervention planning.
