This physician will join Community Physician Network, an employed physician group of over 650 physicians in Kokomo, IN.

Community Howard Regional Health, the provider of choice in North Central Indiana, has an outstanding opportunity for a BE/BC Ob/Gyn to join an established physician practice.

This opportunity offers:

• Full spectrum of GYN procedures including minimally invasive procedures
• Average of 200 deliveries per physician each year
• Renovated Birthing Center
• 8 LDR rooms
• Surgical area
• 6 bed neonatal ICU (Level
  2) with Giraffe machine

BE/BC in Ob/Gyn and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
