Highlights

Community Physician Network seeks a team-oriented Endocrinologist or IM/Diabetologist to join our collegial group of 13 employed Endocrinologists and 5 advanced practice providers in Kokomo, Indiana, just north of Indianapolis. Ideal candidates will have an interest in working collaboratively and seamlessly with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

BE/BC in Endocrinology or Internal Medicine and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana; completion of a fellowship in an accredited endocrinology training program.
