Level 1 Support of the Kokomo, IN locations.

• 1-3 years of helpdesk experience
• Service Now or equivalent ticketing system experience
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, applications
• Windows environment

Onsite 5 days a week. Flexible with weekend and shift work.

This is a Contract position based out of Kokomo, IN.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
