Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 – 17:30)
Job Responsibilities and Required/Preferred Skills & Requirements:
Perform MRI examinations for ER, outpatient, and acute care patients while ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety.
Operate Siemens 1.5T MRI equipment and assist with imaging across multiple anatomical areas including brain, spine, musculoskeletal, abdomen/pelvis, cardiovascular, chest, and head/neck studies.
Prepare patients for procedures, administer contrast media, start peripheral IVs, and follow isolation and radiation safety protocols.
Support hybrid imaging coverage, including CT and X-ray, within scope and based on experience and certification.
Accurately document procedures and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care.
Participate in on-call coverage and float as needed to meet departmental needs.
Required Qualifications:
Active MRI certification: ARMRIT or ARRT MR (ARRT R and CT also accepted/required for hybrid role).
BLS certification.
MRI, CT, and X-ray certifications required to qualify.
Ability to work with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations.
Willingness to take call and float within scope of practice.
