Founded in 1968 and headquartered in Anchorage, we provide services and supports to people of all ages and abilities who experience intellectual or developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, or mental health challenges.
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives. DSPs provide person-centered care and assistance that promotes independence, dignity, and community inclusion.
Support may be provided in an individual’s private residence or in an assisted living setting. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, fostering social and life skills, and supporting personal goals in accordance with individualized service plans.
This is an entry-level position

This is a 36-hour Weekend Relief position. The shift is every other weekend starting at 6pm on Friday and ending at 6am on Monday with 8 hours of scheduled sleep time overnight.
DSP Caregiver Requirements- High school diploma or GED required.
- Driver's License, personal vehicle, and clean driving record
- Comfortable providing personal care and hygiene assistance
