We are looking for a responsible and pet-loving Receptionist & Customer Experience Executive to manage our pet store operations in Vennala, Kochi.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the store
Handle appointment bookings and billing (POS system)
Answer phone calls and Whats App inquiries professionally
Maintain store cleanliness and front desk organization
Assist in managing inventory and stock display
Coordinate with grooming staff for smooth daily operations
Drive the pet pickup & drop van when required
Ensure pets are handled safely and comfortably

Requirements
Comfortable handling dogs and cats
Good communication skills (Malayalam, English and basic Hindi)
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality
Basic computer knowledge
Valid driving license (LMV)
Freshers can apply
