We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Store Managers to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be primarily responsible for driving sales improvement and enhancing customer experience. Your key focus will be achieving store sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient store management.

Responsibilities:

Sales Improvement:

- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Set and achieve store sales targets, ensuring all team members are aligned with sales goals.

Customer Experience and Services:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service among all store staff.
- Regularly seek customer feedback and use insights to improve service offerings.

Overall Store Management:

- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Hypermarket, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take appropriate actions to achieve business targets.
- Implement effective loss prevention measures to minimize inventory shrinkage and theft.

Staff Management and Training:

- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Create and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and product knowledge.

Inventory Management:

- Oversee inventory control, including stock replenishment, ordering, and ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Monitor product availability, quality, and freshness, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Financial Management:

- Manage the store's budget, including sales targets, expenses, and profit margins.
- Monitor and control costs, optimize productivity, and identify areas for cost savings.
- Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to achieve financial objectives.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Store Manager in the supermarket industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of supermarket operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
- Experience in the retail industry is a must.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
