Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Assist customers in product selection and answer any inquiries regarding products and services.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system.
Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall store performance.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Assist in inventory management and ensure the sales floor is stocked and organized.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
1-6 years of experience in retail sales or a customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
Proficient in using point of sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Basic knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
