Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a multidisciplinary development team and drive the expansion of our product offerings. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer needs, market gaps, and emerging opportunities. This role requires expertise in managing the entire product lifecycle—from conception to launch—and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and grow market share.
Primary
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Planning
Drive product and business planning across cross-functional teams.
Translate product strategy into detailed technical and non-technical requirements.
Appraise new product ideas and define effective go-to-market strategies.
2. Market & Customer Analysis
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to evaluate customer needs.
Identify emerging market trends and gaps in current product offerings.
3. Product Lifecycle Management
Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation, development, and launch to post-launch evaluation.
Maintain production timelines and ensure timely delivery through collaboration with internal teams.
4. Cross-functional Leadership
Guide multidisciplinary teams including engineering, marketing, UI/UX, and operations.
Ensure alignment across all stakeholders on product goals, timelines, and execution plans.

1. Documentation & Communication
Prepare product strategy documents, business cases, and ROI analyses.
Clearly communicate goals, expectations, and progress updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
2. Tool & Process Management
Utilize project management tools such as Jira or Trello to track progress.
Apply agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) for efficient execution.
3. Sales & Marketing Support
Provide insights from market data to support sales strategy development.
Collaborate with marketing teams on product positioning and messaging.
4. Continuous Learning & Improvement
Stay updated with the latest technologies, market trends, and customer feedback.
Recommend and implement enhancements to improve customer experience and business value.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
6+ years of experience in product management, ideally within online-driven businesses or e-commerce platforms.
Proven experience leading agile teams and delivering successful digital products.
Familiarity with business operations, digital sales models, and product development practices.
Skills & Competencies (Must Have)
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello).
Solid grasp of UI/UX principles.
Ability to translate business objectives into actionable product features.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Competence in data visualization and web analytics tools.
