Information Technology Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities      Project Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the development lifecycle of web and mobile apps from requirements gathering and wire framing to deployment on App Store/Play Store.
Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and translating business needs into technical tasks.
Sprint Planning:
Collaborate with developers and UI/UX designers to define project milestones, assign tasks, and manage daily stand-ups.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct initial functional testing of mobile builds to ensure features align with the approved documentation before client delivery.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), user stories, and project timelines.
Resource Coordination:
Monitor team bandwidth and identify potential bottlenecks to ensure smooth workflow and timely releases.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:

At least  1 year of experience   specifically managing mobile application projects.
Technical Literacy:
A solid understanding of the mobile app ecosystem (Flutter, React Native, Native iOS/Android, APIs, and Firebase).
Agile Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or Click Up).
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to handle scope creep effectively and navigate technical challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
Platform Knowledge:
Familiarity with the submission processes for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
