Job Overview
As our  Growth Product Manager , you will lead the strategy and execution of product-led growth initiatives. You will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and engineering, using behavioral data to identify drop-offs and design high-impact experiments. Your primary goal is to improve key metrics across the entire user lifecycle: activation, retention, referral, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Funnel Optimization:  Analyze the user journey from landing page to paid subscription. Identify friction points in the onboarding process and design solutions to improve conversion rates.
Experimentation:  Own the A/B testing roadmap. Design, launch, and analyze experiments across the product to test hypotheses related to pricing, feature gating, and user engagement loops.
Retention Strategy:  Develop product features and behavioral triggers (e.g., personalized daily insights, push notifications, milestone rewards) that build habit-forming behaviors and reduce churn.
Data Analysis:  Work deeply within our analytics stack to segment user cohorts, track daily active users (DAU), and define the leading indicators of long-term retention.
Cross-Functional Leadership:  Collaborate closely with engineering to implement tracking events and build new growth features, and with design to ensure a seamless, authentic user experience.

Qualifications

Experience:

3+ years in product management, with at least 1-2 years specifically focused on growth, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or user acquisition.
Industry Knowledge:  Proven experience working on a B2C digital subscription product, freemium model, or membership-based platform.
Data Fluency:  Highly analytical. Proficient in using product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) and comfortable writing SQL queries to pull your own data.
Experimentation Expertise:  Deep understanding of statistical significance, A/B testing methodologies, and how to structure a valid product experiment.
UX Sensibility:  A strong eye for typography, layout, and user experience, ensuring that growth tactics do not compromise the brand's authenticity or visual guidelines.
