Role Description We are looking for a high-impact SEO & App Optimization Specialist to join our team on-site in Kochi . This is a 360-degree digital visibility role. You won’t just be managing search engine rankings; you’ll be responsible for the entire discovery ecosystem—from traditional Google search to the latest AI-driven discovery engines and mobile app stores.
Your mission is to ensure that whether a traveler is searching on a browser, asking an AI bot, or browsing the App Store, Kairali Trails is the first name they see.
Key Responsibilities Search Engine Excellence: Lead keyword research, technical SEO audits, and high-authority link-building strategies to dominate SERPs.
Modern Search Optimization: Implement strategies for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to ensure our content is cited by AI platforms like Perplexity, Gemini, and Search Generative Experience (SGE).
AI-Driven Content (AIO): Execute AIO (AI Optimization) workflows to balance human creativity with AI efficiency, ensuring all content remains high-quality and rankable.
App Growth: Own ASO (App Store Optimization) and overall App Optimization strategies to increase organic downloads and visibility for our mobile platform on iOS and Android.
Data Analytics: Deep-dive into web and app analytics to track performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels.
Qualifications
Experience:
3+ years of proven experience in SEO and digital growth.
App Mastery: Direct experience in App Store Optimization (ASO) and mobile app performance scaling.
The New Frontier: Demonstrated knowledge of AEO, GEO, and AIO you understand how search is changing in the age of generative AI.
Core SEO
Skills:
Proficiency in Keyword Research, On-Page/Technical SEO, and comprehensive SEO Audits.
Backlink Strategy: Strong skills in building high-quality, ethical link profiles.
Toolbox: Expert-level familiarity with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and App-specific tracking tools.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry is a significant advantage.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
