Service Now Developer
Location:
Kochi (Onsite only)
Experience Requirements
Junior Developers: 3–5 years of relevant Service Now experience
Mid-Level Developers: 5–9 years of relevant Service Now experience
Senior Developers: 9–12+ years with deep hands-on expertise in ITSM & CMDB
Telecom domain experience is a strong plus
Key Skills Required
Service Now Development & Administration
ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge)
CMDB / Configuration Management
TSM (Telecom Service Management) – good to have / mandatory for select roles
Service Now scripting:
Business Rules
Client Scripts
UI Policies
Script Includes
Service Now integrations (REST/SOAP)
Workflow / Flow Designer
Performance Analytics & Reporting (preferred)
Service Now best practices & standards
