Search Engine Optimization Analyst

Role Overview Zartek is looking for a data-driven and creative  Digital Marketing Specialist  to lead our organic growth strategies. You will be responsible for improving our search engine rankings (SEO) and building a vibrant community across our social media platforms. The ideal candidate lives at the intersection of technical optimization and creative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)   On-Page & Technical SEO:  Conduct site audits, optimize meta tags, improve site speed, and ensure mobile-friendliness across Zartek and sub-brands.
Keyword Research:  Identify high-intent keywords to drive quality traffic to our service pages and blogs.
Link Building:  Execute backlink strategies to build domain authority.
Content Strategy:  Collaborate with writers to ensure all web content is optimized for SEO without sacrificing readability.

2. Social Media Management   Content Calendar:  Develop and maintain a monthly posting schedule for Linked In, Instagram, Twitter (X), and Facebook.
Engagement:  Actively engage with our community, respond to comments, and foster industry discussions.
Brand Voice:  Ensure a consistent "Zartek" voice across all platforms while tailoring content to the specific audience of each sub-brand.
Trend Monitoring:  Keep a pulse on tech and design trends to create timely, "viral-ready" content.

3. Analytics & Reporting  Monitor performance using  Google Analytics, Search Console,  and social media insight tools.
Provide monthly reports on organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and social engagement rates.
Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

1–3 years of proven experience in SEO and Social Media Management (Agency experience is a plus).
SEO Tools:  Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
Social Tools:  

Experience with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social) and basic design tools (Canva or Adobe Express).
Technical Knowledge:  Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like Word Press or Webflow.
Writing:  Exceptional command of English with the ability to write catchy captions and SEO-friendly headlines.
