Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategy
- Create and manage monthly content calendars
- Ideate and brief content for posts, reels, stories and campaigns
- Engage with audiences: replies, comments and DMs
- Track analytics, optimise performance, and share reports
- Proficient with Online Reputation Management (ORM) tools
- Collaborate with designers, writers and influencers
- Stay updated with trends, algorithm, and platform best practices
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Linked In, X/Twitter
- Creative mindset + ability to analyse data
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.
- Understanding of digital culture and trends
SALARY - Rs. 15K-50K (depending on skill sets and quality of experience)
