Clinical Research Associate (CRA) – Fresher

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (Fresher) to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials. The candidate will work closely with clinical teams to ensure studies are conducted according to protocols, SOPs, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in monitoring clinical trial sites to ensure protocol compliance

- Support site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out activities

- Verify clinical data and ensure accuracy of Case Report Forms (CRFs)

- Ensure patient safety, data integrity, and regulatory compliance

- Maintain and review trial master files (TMF)

- Assist in identifying and reporting protocol deviations

- Communicate with investigators, site staff, and project teams

- Support preparation of monitoring visit reports

- Follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ethical guidelines

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, or related field

- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply

- Basic knowledge of clinical trial phases and GCP

- Understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines

- Good documentation and organizational skills

- Basic knowledge of clinical research terminology

- Ability to work in a team and follow SOPs

- Willingness to travel for site visits (if required)

- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
