Roles and Responsibilities:
Instruction & Training Delivery: Conducting live, in-person, or online classes for various proficiency levels ( B2 to C1).
Curriculum Development: Designing, planning, and updating course materials, lessons, and, in some cases, specialized modules for work or study abroad (e.g., nursing or engineering).
Assessment & Evaluation: Conducting mock tests, quizzes, and assessments to track learner progress.
Student Support & Feedback: Providing personalized feedback and remedial guidance to students to improve language proficiency and confidence.
Cultural Integration: Teaching German culture, history, social practices, and workplace etiquette to help students adapt to life in Germany.
Administration: Maintaining attendance records, preparing reports, and collaborating with management teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Minimum B2/C1 level (or higher) in German, often with certification.
Experience:
Prior experience teaching German is generally required or preferred.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills to foster an engaging learning environment.
Background: Experience living or working in Germany is frequently preferred to provide practical, real-life insights
