Key Responsibilities:
Manage the calendar, appointments, and communications with utmost efficiency, prioritizing and scheduling meetings to optimize time management.
Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, presentations, reports, and confidential documents.
Coordinate and facilitate seamless communication between the internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
Plan, coordinate, and manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, ground transport, visas, and detailed itineraries.
Anticipate travel needs and ensure contingency plans for smooth, disruption-free travel experiences.
Schedule, organize, and coordinate various meetings such as daily briefings, management meetings, and board meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, compile supporting materials, and circulate in advance.
Attend meetings as required, take accurate and detailed Minutes of Meetings (MoM), track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support the organization and execution of corporate events, offsite meetings
Act as a trusted liaison between the C-Level Executive and various internal/external stakeholders including board members, investors, clients, and senior management.
Maintain professional and courteous relationships, managing communications and expectations proactively.
Handle all sensitive and confidential information with the highest degree of discretion and integrity.
Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience supporting CEOs or Founders, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a command over English.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, multitask efficiently, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Proficiency with office productivity software's and communication tools and calendar management applications.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage complex schedules.
