Xret Analytics Private Limited is a KPO Company based in Kochi.

Role Description
The Admin Associate will provide operational and administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of the office and assist various departments as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing daily office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, correspondence, and visitors.
Coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments, including preparation of meeting rooms and required documents.
Maintaining office files (physical and digital), records, registers, and documentation in an organized and confidential manner.
Supporting procurement activities, including sourcing office supplies, maintaining inventory, raising purchase requests, and coordinating with vendors.
Assisting with basic accounting and HR tasks such as preparing expense reports, attendance tracking, and processing employee onboarding documentation.
Managing courier services, travel bookings, and logistics for employees or company events.
Ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of office equipment, infrastructure, and facilities.
Preparing letters, reports, memos, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of tasks.
Assisting in compliance-related documentation and follow-ups as required by management.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree  in any discipline (preferred fields include Business Administration, Commerce, or Arts).

Required Skills:

Proficiency in  MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) , email handling, and internet research.
Good verbal and written communication skills in  English and Hindi  (knowledge of local language desirable).
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work under minimal supervision.
Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
Professional attitude, confidentiality, and customer service orientation.
