To be successful as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you should have experience with:
- Highly proficient with production usage of one or more backend programming languages (Python, Go, other backend languages acceptable provided can ramp up quickly)
- Experience with frontend development (frameworks such as Next.
Js, React and so on) - Excellent understanding of software architecture, design patterns and clean code principles Desirable
Some other highly valued skills may include:
- Experience with containerised applications, microservices & event-driven architecture
- Proficient in multiple areas of development practices for example test and behavioural driven design, testing, continuous deployment, Agile development
- Good experience of collaboration with various stakeholders such as product managers and solution designers
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills
