Basic Salary - £30,000pa + commission
OTE - £60,000 pa

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm / Every other Saturday 9am-4:30pm (5-day week)

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be instrumental in guiding buyers and clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience. You will showcase exceptional negotiation skills and match discerning clients with their dream homes.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in property sales, deep knowledge of Knutsford and surrounding areas, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will build and maintain relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry to completion.

A keen eye for detail, a proactive approach, and familiarity with property legislation and market trends are essential to provide expert advice and guidance to buyers and sellers.
