Role
Description:
- "Responsible for owning, operating and continuously enhancing Silver Fort as a service, providing a unified identity platform. The SME will be the primary authority on Silver Fort architecture, policy design and integration with other services, including escalated support and project enhancements and vendor liaison.
- Strong understanding of Access Management and IAM fundamentals, including PAM fundamentals and MFA.
- Deep understanding of Silver Fort architecture, agentless MFA and its policies.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and its protocols is essential: LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM and including RADIUS.
- Sufficient understanding of Network protocols, firewalls, proxies is essential.
- Experience or understanding of Azure and Entra .
- EDR and XDR tooling knowledge experience is desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability and liason with support teams and stakeholders essential.
- Essential understanding of ITIL practices;
Problem, Incident and Change management and a service mindset. - Experience in creating technical and non-technical guides and artefacts for stakeholders is desiable.
- Experience in Scripting (eg Power Shell) and understanding of APIs is desirable"
