Responsible for owning, operating and continuously enhancing Silver Fort service, providing a unified identity platform. The SME will be the primary authority on Silver Fort architecture, policy design and integration with other services, including escalated support and project enhancements and vendor liaison.

• Strong understanding of Access Management and IAM fundamentals, including PAM fundamentals and MFA.
• Deep understanding of Silver Fort architecture, agentless MFA and its policies.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and its protocols is essential: LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM and including RADIUS.
• Sufficient understanding of Network protocols, firewalls, proxies is essential.
• Experience or understanding of Azure and Entra .
• EDR and XDR tooling knowledge experience is desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability and liaison with support teams and stakeholders essential.
• Essential understanding of ITIL practices;
  Problem, Incident and Change management and a service mindset.
• Experience in creating technical and non-technical guides and artefacts for stakeholders is desiable.
• Experience in scripting (e.g. Power Shell) and understanding of APIs is desirable
