Role - Service Now Project Manager
Location - Knutsford
Rate - £500-550 a day inside IR35
Key Responsibilities- Own scope, schedule, budget, and quality for Service Now IRM work streams.
- Coordinate UK-India delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive requirements, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Manage risks, issues, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, DPDP, FS standards).
- Oversee financial tracking, reporting, and vendor coordination.
- High level of experience in project management with onshore-offshore delivery.
- Service Now IRM/GRC implementation experience (2 projects).
- Financial services domain knowledge (risk, compliance, audit).
- Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid methods and PM tools (Jira, MS Project).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
