£13.40 - £15.25 per hour, plus a pension and holiday pay (equivalent rolled‑up wage £15.47 - £17.60). A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are required for clients in Crewe, Northwich, Winsford and Knutford.

As a Home Care Worker you will support people of all ages with personal care, medication and meal preparation, household tasks, daily routines, and encouraging independence and companionship.

• Complex Care – support individuals with spinal injuries, neurological disorders and respiratory needs, including tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, postural support.
• Children’s Support – provide personal care, emotional support and daily assistance for children and young people with complex needs.
• Mental Health Support – offer practical and emotional support to help individuals manage routines, reduce isolation and build confidence.

• At least 18 years old
• Willing to work flexible hours, including alternating weekends
• Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references required
• For Complex Care, Children’s or Mental Health duties a minimum of 6 months hands‑on UK care experience is required

We provide induction training for those with no prior experience, giving you the skills and confidence you need.
