We are looking for a Business Banking professional with proven experience in managing partnership portfolios. This role combines relationship management with strategic partnership development to deliver value-added solutions for business banking customers.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of banking customers, ensuring exceptional service and tailored financial solutions.
• Develop and maintain a partnership portfolio with fintechs, and other strategic partners to enhance product offerings.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling through partner solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (credit, risk, product) to integrate partner capabilities into banking services.
• Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to attract and retain business clients.
• Monitor partnership performance and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
• Prepare reports and insights on partnership impact and customer engagement.

• Strong experience in corporate banking relationship management.
• Proven track record in partnership development and portfolio management.
• Knowledge of banking products (loans, trade finance, treasury) and partner-driven solutions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify growth opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

• Experience working with fintech partnerships, or digital banking ecosystems.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in banking partnerships.
• Strong understanding of SME and corporate customer needs.
