Lead Requirements Engineer

Join our client’s innovative Vehicle Efficiency team at Jaguar Land Rover as a Lead Requirements Engineer. This exciting opportunity involves orchestrating requirements for electrical efficiency across powertrain variants, championing customer needs, and facilitating cross‑functional collaboration.

You will lead the creation and management of requirements, oversee test case development, and ensure traceability and compliance using tools such as Dassault TRM or IBM DOORS. With a focus on systems engineering principles and the V-model approach, your expertise will drive seamless stakeholder communication and change management throughout the engineering lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in requirements authoring, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement within the automotive sector, particularly related to powertrain and electrical systems.
