The Opportunity

As a Planner, you will work closely with clients on a variety of planning projects professional advice and support to ensure successful outcomes. You will join a collaborative team of consultants, designers, and project, where your expertise will be valued and your professional growth supported.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on planning work, client engagement, and contributing to a team culture that values innovation, collaboration, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on planning applications and development proposals.
  • Prepare and submit planning documentation, reports, and applications.
  • Undertake research and site appraisals to support development proposals.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver‑quality outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Contribute to the growth and reputation of the consultancy.
About You
  • Relevant planning qualification (Town Planning or related discipline).
  • Strong understanding of the UK planning system and local planning policies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a, friendly team.
  • Positive, proactive, and client‑focused approach.
