Service Advisor

Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our client based in sari Mobberley, Cheshire.

• Provide outstanding customer care and act as the vital link between our client’s customers and the workshop.
• Inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keeping customers updated at every stage and answering any questions or queries.
• Liaise with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses to ensure vehicles are ready on time.
• Give best advice on products and services to customers.
• Work full‑time Monday to Friday with no weekend working.

• Proven customer‑facing track record within the automotive industry.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and a strong attitude towards delivering excellent customer‑service levels.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.
• Passion for the automotive industry.
• Working knowledge of Kerridge systems is advantageous but not essential.
