Knoxville, TN | Depot Equipment Coordinator

We re looking for an Equipment Coordinator to support day-to-day warehouse operations by managing incoming and outgoing equipment, performing light-to-moderate equipment repairs, and ensuring accurate documentation and inventory tracking. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with tools, and keeping operations running smoothly.

• Log and process returned equipment
• Prepare outgoing shipments and stock incoming freight
• Perform basic equipment repairs and determine repair vs. salvage decisions
• Test hardware components and follow proper handling procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and asset records
• Track repair and shipping requests through ticketing systems
• Manage inventory of equipment and salvaged parts
• Support general warehouse operations as needed

• Experience with equipment repair, testing, or troubleshooting
• Understanding of warehouse operations or shipping/receiving
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to follow established processes while identifying solutions
• Comfortable working in a physical warehouse environment (lifting up to 50 lbs.)
• Reliable, organized, and quality-focused team player

This position plays a key role in keeping equipment circulating efficiently and ensuring operational continuity. You will be supporting both internal teams and field operations by making sure equipment is repaired, tracked, and deployed accurately and on time.
