About the Role

Part-time (hours may vary based on community needs).

Knox Ridge is looking for a reliable and friendly Part-Time Shuttle Driver to join our team. This role plays a key part in providing daily transportation for residents and ensuring smooth, timely shuttle operations between the community and designated locations. The Shuttle Driver will also maintain the shuttle calendar and assist with minor upkeep and communication needs under the supervision of the Community Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, punctual daily shuttle service between Knox Ridge and designated stops
  • Maintain and update the daily shuttle schedule and route calendar
  • Keep daily trip logs and communicate any vehicle or maintenance issues to the Community Manager
  • Report any observed community rule violations or concerns
  • Ensure proper use of community resources, equipment, and supplies
  • Deliver excellent customer service to residents and guests
  • Support additional community-related tasks as assigned by the Community Manager
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid CDL Class B driver’s license with P endorsement (required)
  • Prior experience in driving, maintenance, or customer service preferred
  • Professional, courteous, and dependable demeanor
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
  • Must be available to work weekends or overtime as needed
Additional Requirements
  • Basic understanding of Fair Housing and OSHA standards
  • Physically able to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 10 lbs, and perform occasional bending or climbing as needed
Work Environment

This role primarily takes place outdoors and involves exposure to changing weather, vehicle noise, and routine maintenance environments.
