Pay: $50,000 per year (includes $1,000 biweekly base pay + 3.5% commission)
Schedule: Full-time

We’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused Route Delivery Driver with CDL to join our Knoxville distribution team. • Competitive annual pay — approximately $50,000 per year (base + commission)

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to complete local delivery routes for ice cream and frozen products
• Load and unload products efficiently at customer locations
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries
• Handle and reconcile cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of assigned vehicle
• Adhere to all DOT
  , traffic
  , and safety regulations
• Keep accurate delivery logs, expenses, and sales records
• Provide friendly and professional service to all customers

• Valid CDL with a clean driving record (3-year MVR required)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work occasional weekends or peak-season schedules
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and motivated to succeed
