Pay:
- Training Pay: $19.63 per hour
- Regular Pay: $21.22 per hour (after 90 days)
- Minimum Requirement: 20 hours per payroll cycle (two‑week period)

- Operate charter vehicles safely and professionally in accordance with federal, state, and company regulations.
- Provide exceptional service for groups, athletic teams, and event participants, ensuring courtesy and comfort throughout each trip.
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; report mechanical or safety issues immediately.
- Maintain clear radio and Trans Loc communication with Dispatch and Supervision regarding status, location, and service updates.
- Complete trip sheets, passenger counts, and time logs accurately and submit as required.
- Assist with staging, loading, and coordination during large university events and charters.
- Follow all company and client policies, including uniform standards and customer‑service protocols.
- Other duties as required.
- 21 years or older
- Valid CDL Class B with Passenger (P) endorsement required
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (transit, school bus, or charter preferred)
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must maintain a clean driving record and pass all background and DOT requirements
- Subject to DOT drug test and physical if applicable.; DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
- Extended periods of sitting while driving
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, and climbing steps
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs occasionally
- Work performed outdoors in various weather conditions
