Pay:

• Training Pay: $19.63 per hour
• Regular Pay: $21.22 per hour (after 90 days)
• Minimum Requirement: 20 hours per payroll cycle (two‑week period)

• Operate charter vehicles safely and professionally in accordance with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Provide exceptional service for groups, athletic teams, and event participants, ensuring courtesy and comfort throughout each trip.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; report mechanical or safety issues immediately.
• Maintain clear radio and Trans Loc communication with Dispatch and Supervision regarding status, location, and service updates.
• Complete trip sheets, passenger counts, and time logs accurately and submit as required.
• Assist with staging, loading, and coordination during large university events and charters.
• Follow all company and client policies, including uniform standards and customer‑service protocols.
• Other duties as required.

• 21 years or older
• Valid CDL Class B with Passenger (P) endorsement required
• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (transit, school bus, or charter preferred)
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must maintain a clean driving record and pass all background and DOT requirements
• Subject to DOT drug test and physical if applicable.; DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

• Extended periods of sitting while driving
• Occasional standing, walking, bending, and climbing steps
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs occasionally
• Work performed outdoors in various weather conditions
