This is a full‑time position:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

As a New Construction HVAC Helper, you’ll assist with installing materials for new construction and renovation projects. You’ll run materials to your team lead, keep tools organized, and maintain a clean, safe worksite. You’ll document actions accurately and interact with customers professionally, prioritizing their needs.

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to install, maintain, clean, and design a complete residential HVAC system, including equipment and ductwork
• Willingness to learn HVAC design and installation
• ‘Can‑do’ attitude and solid problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn
• Ability to work with a team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Professional appearance and personality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
