Responsibilities- Perform under general supervision all aspects of installation, alteration, demolition, maintenance and/or repair of electrical systems, conductors, assemblies, and associated materials and equipment on projects within the electrical construction industry.
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, mathematical skills, and literacy appropriate to the duties of the position.
- Perform basic tasks of material handling, jobsite housekeeping, tool and equipment maintenance, and general labor.
- Dig trenches and excavations using hand tools and power equipment under supervision.
- Assist in underground conduit installation, mounting, securing, and installing electrical raceways, fixtures, and systems.
- Assist in wire pulling procedures and assemble pre-fabricated systems under supervision.
- Follow jobsite directions and instructions (written and verbal) and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Model professional behavior in line with Stansell Electric’s Core Values and Injury Free safety guidelines.
- Support other project-related duties as instructed by supervision.

QualificationsRequired:
- High School diploma or GED
- One or more years of experience in the electrical construction industry
- Strong code of ethics
- Service-oriented with good people skills
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
Preferred:
- Experience in the Construction Industry (consideration given to less experienced candidates who show willingness to learn, flexibility, positive attitude, and aptitude)
- General knowledge of the electrical field
Compensation will be determined based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
