• Competitive Pay: $41,600 - $65,000 annually based on experience

This position is based in Knoxville, TN. You’ll be serving customers across the following areas:
Oliver Springs (37840), Harriman (37748), Clinton (37716), Oak Ridge (37830), Rockwood (37854), Kingston (37763), Lenoir City (37771), Loudon (37774), and Sunbright (37887). You’ll:

• Run residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls

• Diagnose system failures and perform accurate repairs

• Evacuate, test, and charge systems; braze line sets

• Submit paperwork and collect payments by the next business morning

• Keep the company vehicle clean and organized

• Be on-call just one weekend per month

• Build trust with every customer

Hiring Expectations:

• EPA Certification

• Valid Driver’s License

• Minimum 1 year of experience or HVAC technical training

• Ability to lift 60 lbs and safely work from ladders

• Must own basic HVAC hand tools

• Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and good with people
