HVAC Service Technician

We’re hiring experienced and customer-focused HVAC Commercial Service Technicians ready to grow with a team that values quality, professionalism, and safety. If you're motivated, dependable, and skilled in HVAC service, we want to hear from you!

• Hourly Pay: $30.00–$38.00 per/hour (based on experience)
• Performance Bonuses through our service bonus program

• Always prioritize safety on every job
• Diagnose, service, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including:
• Rooftop units
• Split systems
• Heat pumps
• DX systems
• Test, repair, and replace system components using appropriate tools
• Deliver high-quality customer service and communication
• 4+ years of HVAC service experience (commercial preferred)
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Must be drug-free, punctual, and reliable
• Able to work 10-hour shifts, overtime, and on-call
• Work in extreme weather, confined spaces, and physically demanding environments
• Lift up to 60 lbs; able to crawl, bend, kneel, squat, and work overhead
