HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure the optimal operation of our state-of-the-art kitchens and onsite bakeries. In this role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment across our 9 million square foot campus. Your expertise will help prevent equipment failures, reduce downtime, and support our culinary team's seamless operations.

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment
- Install, calibrate, and optimize kitchen ventilation and appliance systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, refrigeration, gas, and electrical safety standards
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to resolve technical issues
- Refrigeration:
Walk-in coolers/freezers, blast chillers, ice machines - Cooking Equipment:
Commercial ovens, fryers, steam kettles, tilt skillets - Ventilation & HVAC:
Exhaust hoods, rooftop HVAC units, make-up air systems - Dishwashing & Sanitation:
High-capacity dishwashers, automated sanitation systems

- EPA 608 certification

- Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics
