Garage Floor Masters LLC is looking for high-energy Christmas Light Installers to join our seasonal crew. From October through January, you'll be part of the busiest, brightest team in Knoxville, lighting up homes and spreading holiday cheer. Whether you're a seasoned installer or someone who loves to hustle and isn't afraid of heights, we'll train you on the tools and techniques to succeed.

This role is physical, fast-paced, and rewarding-perfect for someone who thrives outdoors, enjoys working on roofs and ladders, and is ready to earn with every house completed. Team up with fellow installers and get ready to climb, install, and impress.

• Install Christmas lights on rooftops, trees, columns, wreaths, and garlands with precision and flair
• Use ladders, staplers, zip ties, GOAT ladders, glue guns, and more-safely and efficiently
• Ensure clean, straight bulb lines and fluffed, picture-perfect greenery
• Communicate with customers to confirm plans, explain installations, and ensure 5-star satisfaction
• Work quickly and safely as part of a tight-knit crew (1 Lead + 1-2 Helpers)
• Follow safety protocols and weather-related precautions at all times

• Full-time Seasonal (October - January)
