Our team is looking for an individual to fill the position of Digital Field Service Technician in the Knoxville, TN region. The position ranges from installation for point‑of‑sale and other hardware in a restaurant or retail environment along with wellness visits and maintenance checks. The position is full‑time. • Weekly travel with company vehicle within the local market; some weeks require daily driving to cover all restaurants in a certain market
• Basic Windows OS and Microsoft Office knowledge; technical troubleshooting abilities
• Valid REAL‑ driver’s license
• Pass criminal background checks
• Pass pre‑hire drug testing and ongoing random drug testing
• Experience working with basic hand tools and drills

• Restaurant or related customer service field experience
• Point of sale system exposure/experience
• CAT‑5 cabling experience
• Knowledge of configuring a network system

• Ability to walk distances up to half mile
• Ability to work while standing on concrete surface continuously 8–10 hours – frequently
• Ability to work while bending, squatting and kneeling – frequently
• Ability to work while extending arms/hands overhead – frequently
• Ability to sit in automobile, train or airplane for extended period of time – frequently
• Use of small electric, cordless and hand tools – frequently
• Climbing and working on ladders up to 12 feet – frequently
• Lifting objects up to 100 lbs – occasionally
