Depending on experience, you’ll earn $24.00 - $32.00/hour

You’ll typically work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
. As a project leader, you’ll make sure all involved parties are on the same page and working together to get the job done well. You’ll clearly direct HVAC helpers and subcontractors and assign responsibilities to make sure we meet daily quality and productivity goals. Attentively, you’ll perform site inspections to ensure all safety, quality, and compliance guidelines are met. You’ll maintain accurate work documentation, ensure work trucks are fully stocked with the correct tools and materials, and serve as the point of contact for all project managers, contractors, and external partners.

Solving problems as they arise, you’ll make sure we get the job done on time and within budget.

• Proven experience leading a construction crew
• Experience building mechanical rooms and installing HVAC systems
• Strong knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems
• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in various environmental conditions, work at heights, and work in confined spaces
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
