NCCCO Certified Crane Operator

Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced NCCCO Certified Crane Operator for projects located in the Knoxville, TN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

* Assist with setting structural steel, precast, and heavy iron components

* Operate cranes to hoist & move structural steel and other heavy materials

* Work closly with Iron Workers, Riggers, and Signal Persons to complete lifts safely

* Inspect cranes daily and ensure equipment is in proper working order

* Set up, tear down, and transport cranes

* Follow all OSHA and site specific safety procedures

* Perform maintenance checks

* Report any mechanical issues

Requirements

* Valid NCCCO Crane Operator Certification

* Valid Class A CDL License

* Experience setting structural steel or working with iron crews

* Lift up to 50 lbs
